Resilience Coach, Mental Health First Aid Trainer (Adult) and (Youth), StRaW and Psychometric Practitioner

Sara is a senior L&D professional (learning and development), resilience coach, and StRaW practitioner (sustaining resilience at work) who specialises in resilience, wellbeing and mental health awareness training.

She is particularly interested in increasing literacy levels and knowledge around mental health, as well as sustained transformational behavioural change through resilience coaching. She is passionate about de-stigmatising and eliminating discrimination around mental health and wellbeing and believes that everyone should be treated with respect and given appropriate support to live life to their full potential.

Sara has 25 years’ experience within the legal, financial services, private client stockbroking, media, film, music and radio, agrochemical, management consultancy and accountancy sectors and the non-political Commonwealth Parliamentary Association. She holds (amongst other qualifications) a coaching diploma; is an accredited psychometric assessor, on-line learning facilitator and StRaW practitioner; and is a Mental Health First Aid trainer (Adult and Youth).

Sara works at a strategic level, predominately with organisations in the legal and financial services sectors, putting wellbeing and resilience work strategies in place. Additionally, drawing on her psychometric practitioner experience, she is able to raise self-awareness in individuals/employees around behaviours they wish to change to achieve increased performance and success.

Through collaboration with A Resilient Mind, Sara is able to offer the following services to corporate organisations and their employees:

  • 1:1 resilience coaching;
  • 1:1 mentoring and career coaching;
  • Mental Health First Aid training – MHFA (Adult and Youth);
  • Mental health awareness in the workplace training;
  • Workshops around resilience, wellbeing, and difficult conversations/situations.

Support can be provided remotely as well as face-to-face.
