Zeyana is an experienced clinical psychologist who specialises in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness and wellbeing, with particular expertise of specialist intervention in relation to stress-related difficulties, treating depression and anxiety disorders, bereavement, relationship and family problems, and drug and alcohol misuse.
She is the co-founder of the MindCoach Wellbeing Consultancy which seeks to raise awareness about the importance of health, happiness and wellbeing in the workplace, and to support employers by providing a range of services and workplace health initiatives, together with fast and practical interventions should an employee be experiencing work-related difficulties or ill health.
Zeyana successfully combines her private practice at MindCoach with a part time position in the NHS, where she continues to work as a senior clinical psychologist, specialising in complex mental health. She is able to draw on her clinical background to assist corporate clients in getting the best out of their people, and in ensuring that the wellbeing of their employees is brought to the fore in their working environment. She is currently running successful programmes for multiple city clients in the financial and legal sectors.
